Looking for some time away from everyone just to kick back and relax, we headed out to Hawks Canyon in the Anza Borrego State Park. We found this little canyon one day while out jeeping around in the desert. Located away from any main attractions of the desert scene (Blow Sand, Devil’s Slide, etc) in the Ocotillo Wells area it was the perfect spot for a weekend of quiet camping.
